Dialogue is a form of discussion that promotes the sharing of different interests, concerns, perspectives, and issues and promotes mutual understanding and respect among the participants. Dialogue can take many forms. “Listening Circles and Study Circles” are examples of structured dialogue and are described below. Dialogue can be informal as well.
